The 2023-24 Simulator Series
Over the course of the season, schools have the opportunity to earn points by participating in the simulator races using Velocidrone. Race points will accumulate throughout the season and registered Drones in School teams can earn an invitation for the National Race in the Spring of 2024.
Simulator Races are scheduled for November, December, January, and February.
February Simulator Race
The January Simulator Track can be downloaded through Velocidrone by searching for "DronesInSchoolSim4".
For the February Simulator Race you have until 11:59 PM on February 29th to complete your best race.
To earn Season Race Points you must be on a Drones in School Team that has registered for the February Simulator Race on:
At the end of the session all registered teams will be awarded placement points based on their posted best times on the track. Teams will accumulate points through the four race series to earn a spot for the National Race. Simulator races are free to enter and participate for all registered teams.

Pilots must fly the Tinyhawk Micro Class aircraft for all Simulator Races!
Make sure at least one pilot from each team has listed a "VelociDrone Name/Tag" in their RACES profile to be sure they are affiliated with your team! (see screenshots below)

For the January Simulator Race you have until 11:59 PM on February 4th to complete your best race.
