Ritch has been involved with engineering and manufacturing education for over thirty years. He enjoys supporting and developing educational programming and workforce initiatives for educators throughout the U.S. He has also worked in grant writing, training, and curriculum development. In addition to his Bachelor of Science in Advanced Technology from Bowling Green State University, he has credentials in AutoCAD, Yaskawa Industrial and Collaborative Motoman Robotics, FANUC Robotics, Universal Robots, Parker Hydraulics, Rockwell Allen-Bradley PLCs, and SolidWorks.
